Hartelier partners with a select collection of specialty makers and suppliers to bring you distinctive products for dogs and the homes they share. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on the item, supplier, and delivery destination. Because products may be fulfilled by different partners, items purchased together may arrive in separate shipments. Most orders are prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days. Transit times vary by product and destination. Please refer to the estimated delivery information shown at checkout for the most current estimate for your order. Once your order ships, tracking information will be provided when available. Multiple-item orders If your order contains products from more than one Hartelier partner, your order may be divided into multiple shipments. Shipping charges shown at checkout reflect the applicable shipping rates for those shipments. Delivery delays Carrier delays, severe weather, customs processing, and other circumstances outside the carrier's or supplier's control may occasionally affect delivery times.
